India,
the US and Japan kicked off a 10-day naval exercise on Monday in the
northern Indian Ocean. It has gained extra attention this year given the
current standoff between China and India in the Donglang area. What's
the significance of this year's Malabar drill which first took place in
early 90s? Should China be concerned? Professor Madhav Nalapat, from
